Since its inception in 2018, Aara has earned its prestige reputation for leasing of sustainable luxury realty. Aara was founded by Navy veteran Andria Steele with the acquisition of the first property in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

A year after acquiring the Sugar Hill property, Andria received orders deploying to the Middle East and it was during her transfer when she placed her first property for rent. During this time, she received several requests to purchase the property due to its sustainable energy qualities, high-end finishes, and luxury décor in a highly sought-after affordable community. Andria received multiple compliments from the onsite agent and property manager, who implored her to start a career in interior design. That was when she discovered the high demand for a sustainable luxurious quality of living.

Now, the company is diversifying and acquiring new properties offering an array of services, including property management, rentals, vacation stays, and interior design consulting.
